BECOME A VENDOR

​Booth Setup & Equipment (Applies to All Vendor Tiers)
  • Listing on Polish Fest Boston website + social media mention
  • (1) table is included with each vendor registration.
  • Additional tables may be reserved for $50 per table (limited availability).
  • 10x10 pop-up tents are not provided. Vendors must supply their own tents.
  • All tents must be properly weighted.
  • Tents without weights will not be permitted for safety reasons.​

Food

Prepared Food Vendor/Food Truck -  $300
Food is prepared, cooked, or heated on site for immediate consumption (Examples: pierogi made on site, grilled sausage, hot plates/griddle, grill)

Pre-Packaged Food Vendor - $100
Sells pre-made, pre-packaged food items only (Examples: baked goods, packaged pierogi, candies, jams, breads); No cooking, heating, or food preparation on site

All food vendors are required to have applicable health permits and inspections.


​Retail, Artisan & Community

Artisan / Retail Vendor - $100
For handmade goods, crafts, clothing, art, retail products

Community Vendor - $50
Ideal for community groups, schools, cultural organizations; no product sales (info and outreach only)

Non-Profit Vendor (verified 501c3) - $25
Ideal for 501c3 non-profits; No product sales (information & outreach only)
