Booth Setup & Equipment (Applies to All Vendor Tiers)

- (1) table is included with each vendor registration.
- Additional tables may be reserved for $50 per table (limited availability).
- 10x10 pop-up tents are not provided. Vendors must supply their own tents.
- All tents must be properly weighted.
- Tents without weights will not be permitted for safety reasons.
Food
Prepared Food Vendor/Food Truck - $300
Food is prepared, cooked, or heated on site for immediate consumption (Examples: pierogi made on site, grilled sausage, hot plates/griddle, grill) Pre-Packaged Food Vendor - $100 Sells pre-made, pre-packaged food items only (Examples: baked goods, packaged pierogi, candies, jams, breads); No cooking, heating, or food preparation on site All food vendors are required to have applicable health permits and inspections. |
Retail, Artisan & CommunityArtisan / Retail Vendor - $100
